Description
FiOptix Inc is hiring a Field Supervisor to oversee the daily productivity, performance, safety, documentation, and customer satisfaction of assigned crews. The role reports to the Project Manager, supervises crew work and subcontractors, handles escalated customer concerns, conducts safety observations and vehicle inspections, and ensures crews have the required equipment and training. Candidates need a high school diploma, GED, or related trade education, one year of wireline telecommunications and cable experience, one year of supervisory experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work outdoors, travel up to 25%, and perform physically demanding work.
