Description
Eversource is hiring one regular Electrical Engineering Manager to lead engineering assignments and supervise engineers and technicians on large and complex transmission and distribution projects. The role oversees field construction and maintenance relay testing, protection and control scheme testing, T&D substation equipment, safety compliance, outage coordination, technical design, contractor interfaces, performance management, and customer service. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electrical technology, or a similar discipline, at least five years of experience, and a valid motor vehicle driver’s license; transmission, distribution, power systems, and supervisory experience are preferred. The position requires emergency restoration availability, travel between Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire, and work in varied outdoor and office conditions. The annual salary range is $133,060.00-$147,840.00, with potential incentive eligibility.
