Verra Mobility is hiring a Field Services Supervisor to lead mobile operators deploying and servicing Automated Photo Enforcement Systems at active work zones across the state. The role manages an 8–15-person team, schedules work, audits field operations, maintains depot and vehicle inventories, repairs enforcement equipment, ensures compliance with legislation and program standards, resolves deployments within SLAs, and manages performance and staffing. It requires a high school diploma or GED, at least four years of progressively responsible operations or field-services experience, and at least two years of people leadership. The office-based role includes field work, up to 50% travel, outdoor and construction-site conditions, occasional weekends, overtime, and possible overnight travel; work from home may be available subject to business needs and approval.
