Supervisor Field Services at Verra Mobility

Verra Mobility is hiring a Field Services Supervisor to lead a team of approximately 8–15 mobile operators deploying Automated Photo Enforcement Systems in active work zones. The role manages hiring, performance metrics, scheduling, audits, inventory, equipment repairs, SLA compliance, client relations, and team motivation while reporting to a regional depot. Candidates need at least four years of increasing responsibility in operations or field services, two years of people leadership, strong technical and communication skills, and the ability to travel, work outdoors, and perform physically demanding field work.
