Verra Mobility is hiring a Field Service Supervisor – California to lead and support field service technicians and third-party service partners maintaining and servicing photo enforcement systems across California. The role plans work to meet SLAs and uptime targets, monitors performance, escalates service issues, coordinates with vendors, supports labor planning and cost control, and participates in compliance audits. Candidates need a high school diploma, at least three years of field services, operations, or technical support experience, and at least one year supervising field employees or contractors, along with knowledge of California prevailing wage requirements.
