Intuitive Surgical is hiring a Final Quality Inspection Supervisor to supervise and coordinate personnel performing final quality inspection and testing of da Vinci surgical products. The role oversees quality metrics, corrective actions, audits, inspections, training, personnel reviews, capacity planning, equipment compliance, PMC coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives. Candidates need a completed bachelor’s degree, English proficiency at 90%, three years of experience in the position, knowledge of ISI quality procedures, inspection-tool proficiency, Microsoft Office and SAP skills, and the ability to work varying shifts.
