Hanscom Federal Credit Union is hiring a Supervisor, Financial Coach to oversee branch operations, employee scheduling and coaching, compliance, business development, branch goals, and member financial wellness coaching. The role requires 3–5 years of similar or related financial institution experience, an associate's degree, and completion of a designated financial counseling and coaching certification. Compensation is $33.00 to $41.26 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, FSA, 401(k), student loan paydown, and paid sick and vacation benefits.
