FLANNELS is hiring a Supervisor in Leicester to lead a luxury fashion retail team, deliver a high-quality customer experience, achieve sales and KPI targets, develop customer loyalty, plan and deliver in-store events, maintain store presentation, support stock and operational duties, coach brand ambassadors, and build relationships with brand representatives. The role requires prior team-leadership experience in a fast-paced environment, strong communication and coaching skills, and a commercial, customer-focused mindset. The basic salary is £31,450 per annum, with holiday, discounts, commercial bonuses, and other benefits.
