Description
NCC is hiring a Site Supervisor for its SSAB project in Luleå to lead production within an assigned area, coordinate employees and subcontractors, ensure safety and protection regulations are followed, procure resources, and achieve results in consultation with the site manager. The role requires at least three years of experience as a Site Supervisor in construction production, relevant construction or civil engineering technology education, strong leadership and communication skills, Swedish language proficiency, and a Category B driver’s license. The position requires 100% on-site presence in Luleå, with Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday availability, and offers travel and accommodation for candidates living elsewhere.
