NCC is hiring a Site Supervisor for its SSAB Green Industry Transformation project in Luleå. The role leads construction production within an assigned area, coordinates subcontractors and trade workers, ensures safety and security compliance, procures resources, and is responsible for results in the assigned area. The position requires at least three years of Site Supervisor experience, relevant construction or civil engineering education, strong communication and leadership skills, Swedish language proficiency, and a Category B driver’s license. It requires 100% physical presence in Luleå, with travel and accommodation provided, and selection is ongoing through 2026-09-30.
