Description
The Forming / Press Brake Supervisor leads press brake and forming operations in a precision sheet metal manufacturing environment. The role supervises production, assigns work, coordinates with planning and engineering, develops and evaluates operators, oversees CNC press brake setup and tooling, ensures quality and safety compliance, and drives continuous improvement and KPI performance. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least five years of precision sheet metal forming or press brake experience, two years of manufacturing leadership experience, and knowledge of press brake setup, GD&T, engineering drawings, and CNC programming.
