Description
The Foundry Molding/Pouring Supervisor leads employees through sand molding and bronze pouring operations, from pattern placement through pouring and ancillary activities. The role oversees safety, quality, cost, delivery, productivity, training, inventory, repairs, and continuous improvement initiatives, while also managing department leads and supporting warehouse and forklift operations. It requires 3–5 years of experience, foundry operations knowledge, mechanical aptitude, safety knowledge, and leadership ability; a bachelor’s degree is preferred but a high school diploma with American Society of Foundry classes and appropriate experience is acceptable. The position is full-time, salaried, and pays $76,471–$90,813.
