Description
Eversource is hiring one regular Gas Distribution Field Supervisor to directly supervise internal, external, and on-call work crews performing gas distribution system operations, maintenance, and construction. The role plans and schedules fieldwork, coordinates crews and contractors, responds to gas leaks and outages, ensures safety and regulatory compliance, reviews work packages and billing, and communicates with customers and community officials. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related discipline, at least five years of gas distribution or utility field experience, a valid motor vehicle operator license, and the ability to work outdoors, travel between Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire, and work emergency shifts and on-call rotations. The annual salary range is $121,710.00-$135,230.00, with a potential incentive and no immigration-related sponsorship.
