Description
Eversource is hiring one regular Gas Distribution Field Supervisor to directly supervise internal, external, and on-call work crews involved in the operation, maintenance, and construction of gas distribution systems. The role plans and schedules fieldwork, coordinates crews and contractors, responds to gas leaks and outages, ensures safety and regulatory compliance, supports customer and community communication, and may require emergency restoration, weekend and shift work, and travel between Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire. A bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related discipline, at least five years of gas distribution or utility field experience, and a valid motor vehicle operator license are required; supervisory experience is preferred. The annual salary range is $121,710.00-$135,230.00, with a potential incentive and no immigration-related sponsorship.
