Description
The Glazing Supervisor manages, coordinates, and supervises construction activities for window-unit and glass-encasement repair and replacement throughout the district. The role directs scheduling, inspections, asbestos abatement, documentation, contractor and maintenance personnel oversight, safety compliance, inventory, requisitioning, and project completion. It directly supervises Craftsperson II Glaziers and requires leadership, two years of supervisory experience, glazing knowledge, scheduling and cost-management skills, OSHA and EPA knowledge, and completion of accredited asbestos abatement and inspection courses with required Texas examinations.
