Description
The Janitorial Supervisor assists the Operations Manager in managing and supervising custodial staff across multiple buildings, including scheduling, performance evaluation, employee clocking, training, supply and equipment management, safety compliance, customer service, and emergency response. The role also performs custodial work when needed and requires at least four years of janitorial supervisory experience, including multi-building experience, along with strong communication, customer service, and floor and carpet care skills.
