Description
The 3rd Shift Supervisor will lead Howmet Research Center test-lab, rapid prototyping, and core prototyping personnel in Whitehall, Michigan. The role supervises and develops employees, manages staffing and work assignments, coordinates production and facility operations, supports EHS and quality assurance, inspects equipment, and promotes continuous improvement. It requires a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of leadership experience, and legal authorization to work in the United States; manufacturing or laboratory supervision experience and quality-systems experience are preferred. Visa sponsorship is not available.
