Description
The Supervisory role oversees contract performance and staffing quality within a contractor’s area of responsibility, serving as the liaison with Department of Defense staff and having authority over personnel actions. Responsibilities include tracking subordinate performance, filling vacancies, reporting, improving service delivery, resolving operational issues, coordinating staffing and leave schedules, and participating in government conferences. The role requires a Department of Defense Secret Clearance, a bachelor’s degree plus six years of progressive management experience or ten years of progressive management experience in a professional office environment managing at least twenty full-time employees, personnel-management expertise, Microsoft Office experience, and completion of a supervisory leadership course within six months of the start date. The salary range is $80,000 to $95,000.
