Description
Wonderful Citrus is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the maintenance and repair of plant mechanical and electrical equipment, buildings, grounds, and mobile equipment. The role leads preventive and predictive maintenance programs, schedules work, supports budgeting and capital projects, coordinates with operations and vendors, develops employees, and promotes safety and continuous improvement. Candidates need strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, analytical and troubleshooting skills, experience with CMMS and equipment optimization, and at least five years of related experience or equivalent education and training. The position pays $80,000–$90,000 and may include a discretionary bonus, with onsite benefits including medical, vision, dental, and 401k coverage.
