Description
The Warehouse Supervisor leads and develops production-floor team members while overseeing daily operations, food safety, quality, compliance, KPIs, corrective actions, and continuous improvement. The role includes training, performance evaluations, incident investigations, production reporting, safety and food-safety compliance, and coordination of cross-training and operational materials. Supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing or production is preferred, along with knowledge of HACCP, SSOP, GMPs, KPI analysis, and continuous-improvement tools.
