Spring Arbor of Albemarle is hiring a part-time Supervisor in Charge (SIC) for its Memory Care community, working 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. at $17.35 per hour. The role supervises daily shift operations, directs Resident Assistants and Med Techs, manages medication administration and controlled-drug counts, monitors residents’ conditions, coordinates with physicians and families, and supports activities of daily living. Applicants need active North Carolina Med Tech certification, at least three years of assisted-living Med Tech experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, CPR and First Aid certification, and state-specific Med Tech and nursing licensure where applicable.
