ThrivePass is hiring a full-time Supervisor, Integration Services to lead and develop a team responsible for EDI, API, and other data exchange solutions across its client and partner ecosystem. The role combines people leadership, technical oversight, troubleshooting, process improvement, operational documentation, and cross-functional collaboration with Client Success, Implementation, Product, Engineering, and Operations. Candidates need at least five years of experience with integration technologies and one year of people leadership experience. The position is available in hybrid Denver, Colorado; hybrid Saint Louis Park, Minnesota; or remote United States, with a salary of $85,000 to $105,000 annually.
