The role plans and coordinates daily operations, manages equipment and documentation, ensures compliance and customer relations, trains technicians and operators, and may schedule or dispatch crews. It requires at least five years of industrial-cleaning experience, RCRA certification, people-management ability, equipment-operation knowledge, current authorized-company-driver certification, and relevant Microsoft Office and Win Web experience.
