Description
The Maintenance Site Supervisor oversees daily site and team operations at LAXTEC within Los Angeles International Airport, including scheduling, work orders, safety, productivity, material coordination, employee relations, training, inspections, shift handovers, and operational reliability. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, at least three years of maintenance experience, at least one year of supervisory or team-lead experience, on-call availability, and the ability to obtain an airport security badge. The position is primarily on-site in airport ramp, mechanical room, and baggage-system areas and may involve ladder work, confined spaces, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
