Description
The Supervisor, Janitorial Services oversees janitorial operations, sanitation, groundskeeping, exterior property maintenance, and pest monitoring at the Toronto Humane Society facility. The role coordinates and directs janitorial staff, prepares schedules, provides training and coaching, monitors performance and quality, maintains records, supports audits, and ensures compliance with health and safety requirements. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of relevant experience, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
