KPN is hiring a Supervisor (Team Leader) for its Assen store. The role leads a team of 10–15 people, coordinates the shop floor, answers complex customer questions, sets goals, participates in job interviews, conducts coaching conversations, and ensures the team achieves store objectives. Candidates need at least MBO level 4 education, 5+ years of store or similar experience, manager experience, fluent Dutch, and availability for at least 37 hours per week plus three of four Saturdays. The position offers a training budget, gross hourly pay of €17.76–€19.18, full-time work, pension contributions, and permanent employment after one year.
