Henry Ford Health is hiring a Supervisor of Laboratory Services (Hematology/Coagulation) to lead one or more technical areas or shifts in a clinical laboratory. The role oversees daily operations, builds and develops laboratory staff, maintains procedures and accreditation standards, evaluates new test methods, manages supply chain and financial forecasts, and contributes to system-wide Pathology and Laboratory Medicine standards. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant science or clinical laboratory field, MT(ASCP), CLS(NCA), or MLS(ASCP) certification, and five years of progressive hospital or clinical laboratory experience.
