Description
The Clinical Laboratory Supervisor leads and coordinates the clinical operation of a laboratory during assigned shifts, supervising laboratory staff, managing staffing and resources, ensuring safe and efficient service delivery, supporting quality and safety initiatives, and assisting laboratory management. The role requires a California Clinical Laboratory Scientist Generalist license and six years of recent clinical laboratory experience; two years of leadership experience is preferred. The position offers variable shifts, as-needed weekend work, and an hourly pay range of $51.010 to $73.960.
