Description
The Laundry Operations Manager is responsible for inventorying uniforms and linens, monitoring laundry supplies, operating and maintaining washing, dry-cleaning, and drying equipment, inspecting linens, and training employees on laundry procedures and safety. The role also assists with hiring, scheduling, performance evaluation, coaching, and employee relations; ensures compliance with safety and company policies; and seeks to improve efficiency, quality, safety, and cost savings. A high school diploma or G.E.D. and at least one year of related work and supervisory experience are preferred.
