Versant Power is hiring a Line Supervisor for the Hancock District to lead and supervise line construction, maintenance, meter operations, safety, facility inspections, employee development, and coordination with other departments and contractors. The role includes assigning daily work, reviewing crew performance, enforcing company and union requirements, managing storm restoration, completing operational paperwork, and responding to emergencies. It requires at least five years of transmission and distribution operations experience, knowledge of electrical systems and NEC codes, budget management experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong leadership and organizational skills, and residence within a 25-mile radius of the divisional headquarters.
