FCC is hiring a Supervisor, Loan Administration to lead and develop a team of Loan Administration Technicians within its Loan Administration Centre. The role focuses on coaching, workload coordination, process improvement, operational problem-solving, change leadership, relationship management, and maintaining a strong customer focus in support of Canadian agriculture and food. It requires a bachelor’s degree in administration or commerce plus at least three years of relevant experience, or a related two-year diploma/certificate plus at least five years of relevant experience, along with foundational lending and loan administration knowledge. The position is permanent and offers hybrid work options, with a salary range of $94,620 to $128,020 plus potential performance-based incentive.
