Description
The Logistics Loading Supervisor oversees daily outbound loading operations, ensuring shipments are completed safely, accurately, and on time. The role leads and develops hourly loading associates, coordinates with production, transportation, planning, and warehouse teams, enforces safety and compliance standards, maintains shipment and inventory accuracy, and drives efficiency through continuous improvement and KPI tracking. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 3–5+ years of logistics, warehouse, or shipping experience, and familiarity with shipping processes, inventory control, and material handling; experience with SAP, Oracle, or WMS systems and Lean or Six Sigma is preferred.
