Description
The Team Leader Logistics Planning & Performance leads and develops the logistics planning and performance team, overseeing logistics, pick, transport, capacity, workload, inventory, KPIs, goods flows, risks, and disruptions. The role coordinates with internal teams and external logistics partners, translates data and customer needs into actions, and helps shape working methods and KPI management. It requires logistics, supply chain, or operations experience, analytical and communication skills, and Dutch and English proficiency.
