Relativity Space is hiring a Machine Shop Supervisor to oversee several CNC operator teams, lead people leaders on the operations floor, support strategic shop-floor operations, and mentor team members. The role requires experience identifying manufacturing process gaps, delegating work, and collaborating across departments; aerospace manufacturing and team leadership experience are preferred. It is a second-shift position from 3:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, with a 50-hour workweek and a 10% shift differential. Compensation is $112,000–$168,000 USD.
