AAR Corp. is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to supervise assigned aircraft maintenance personnel, coordinate work priorities and forecasts, manage estimates and customer approvals, support billing and inspections, and oversee employee scheduling, training, performance, and disciplinary matters. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, an FAA Airframe and Powerplant certificate, at least five years of aircraft mechanic experience or two years of demonstrated ability within AAR, English proficiency, blueprint interpretation, communication, and computer skills, and is performed in an aircraft hangar with flexible hours and off shifts.
