AbbVie is hiring a permanent Biologics Maintenance Team Lead for its Ballytivnan, Sligo site. Reporting to the Engineering Lead, the role leads maintenance of process equipment, utilities, and facilities supporting aseptic fill-finish and conjugation production. Responsibilities include developing the maintenance organization, managing resources, supporting audits and continuous improvement, approving technical documents, and providing technical expertise for commercial manufacturing. The position requires a third-level engineering qualification, at least five years of pharmaceutical manufacturing or biologics experience, and at least three years of team-lead experience.
