Description
Agnico Eagle is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a multidisciplinary maintenance team at its Hope Bay mine. The role oversees preventive, corrective, and modification maintenance; plans and coordinates weekly schedules; prioritizes unscheduled work; supports budget and timeline goals; and ensures compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. The position requires a certified maintenance tradesman or equivalent education and experience, at least 10 years of mining maintenance experience, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and Microsoft Office proficiency. The schedule is 21 days of work followed by 21 days for transportation and rest, with accommodations and meals provided on site.
