Description
Maintenance Supervisor role at KDC/ONE responsible for coordinating and supervising site maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and uninterrupted operations. The position leads approximately 24 electromechanics across 12-hour rotating shifts, manages preventive, corrective, and urgent maintenance work, monitors CMMS work orders and documentation, drives continuous improvement, and ensures compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards. The role requires industrial maintenance experience, team supervision experience, technical knowledge of electrical/mechanical/automated systems, and fluency in French and English.
