PCA is hiring a Supervisor – Maintenance to plan, schedule, and direct maintenance activities for multi-skill mechanics and contractors across the mill. The role coordinates with engineering and operations, oversees work orders and equipment releases, supports capital projects, manages repair parts and supplies, and maintains safety, housekeeping, and union-management compliance. Candidates need a BSME/BSMET or equivalent, mechanical aptitude, industrial maintenance training or experience, and Microsoft Office skills; industrial maintenance, piping, rotating equipment, vibration analysis, lubrication, and hydraulic or pneumatic experience are preferred. The starting salary range is $96,000–$144,000, with medical, dental, vision, paid leave, holidays, and retirement benefits.
