Description
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing preventative maintenance, general maintenance, repairs, production and fabrication process improvements, and the maintenance department’s hiring, scheduling, performance evaluations, wage reviews, and disciplinary actions. The role requires knowledge of overhead cranes, hand tools, measurement equipment, Microsoft applications, and ERP systems, along with the ability to read blueprints, schematics, piping and instrumentation diagrams, and wiring diagrams. A minimum of five years of maintenance experience in metal fabrication and machining equipment is required, while a degree is preferred; the position also requires strong communication, safety compliance, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
