Description
Transat is seeking an MCC Supervisor to coordinate technical operations, dispatch aircraft, approve MEL deferrals, manage aircraft on-ground and delay situations, communicate with technical and operational departments, generate fleet-status reports, and provide support to maintenance technicians and flight crews. The role requires an aircraft maintenance technology diploma or equivalent, an AME license in Category M2, knowledge of aircraft systems, strong problem-solving and leadership skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and AMOS, availability for day and night shifts, and bilingual French-English communication.
