DHL AVIATION is hiring a Supervisor Maintenance to lead and coordinate a team of technicians in a two-shift maintenance environment. The role involves overseeing daily operational objectives, performance dialogues, team meetings, safety and quality procedures, shift handovers, process improvements, and hands-on support with maintenance and repair activities. The position requires fluent Dutch and English, a graduate-level education or equivalent experience, technical experience, flexibility to work in all shifts, and strong communication and attention to detail.
