Ross Stores, Inc. is hiring a Supervisor, Maintenance DC to oversee all facilities maintenance functions at its Southwest Distribution Center in Perris, California. The role manages preventive maintenance, building and equipment repairs, maintenance staff, vendor coordination, construction project quality and timelines, inventory of spare parts and supplies, and compliance with safety, OSHA, and local/state regulations. It is a full-time, on-site position requiring 8–10 years of maintenance experience, 2+ years of supervisory experience, and proficiency with mechanical/electrical maintenance, CMMS, and Microsoft Excel/Word.
