Description
Agnico Eagle is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the Reliability Team at the Meadowbank Complex. The role supervises daily maintenance work and projects, coaches team members, improves reliability through RCM, FMEA, and continuous improvement, analyzes equipment reliability and availability, supports maintenance strategy decisions, and manages hiring, scheduling, performance, and employee relations. The position requires a trained technician or engineering degree, seven years of maintenance-related experience, project management and continuous improvement experience, and offers a 14-day work followed by 14-day transportation and rest schedule with on-site accommodations and meals.
