Description
Lycoming Engines is seeking a Supervisor to lead production associates, mechanics, technicians, and skilled trades in engine product and system production, development, assembly, and testing. The role oversees hiring, coaching, training, discipline, and workforce planning; drives Lean, safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements; supports cross-functional initiatives; administers collective bargaining agreement provisions; and coordinates equipment, facility infrastructure, FAA investigations, and production and development workloads.
