Description
The Supervisor, Manufacturing plans, leads, and directs production activities for subassemblies, finished products, rework, and related functions at a 100% onsite Dublin, Ohio facility. The role supervises production staff, manages changeovers and testing, supports quality and regulatory compliance, coordinates safety and operational issues, and develops employees. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, an associate degree preferred, and at least three years of supervisory experience; previous production, engineering, quality, or materials experience is preferred. The position is scheduled for the third shift from 10:30 p.m. to 7 a.m. Sunday through Thursday.
