The Manufacturing Supervisor oversees a controlled-environment manufacturing area, including production planning, yield targets, employee training, quality compliance, personnel records, equipment and material issues, scheduling, and coordination with R&D, engineering, and quality. The role requires high-volume manufacturing experience, process validation and health-authority inspection experience, cGMP knowledge, and flexibility to work shifts; a bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of industry experience are typically required, with 15–25% travel.
