Description
The Chemical Laboratory Manager oversees the preparation, testing, analysis, and management of chemical solutions in a regulated manufacturing environment. The role supports in-process testing line setup, collaborates with Engineering, Manufacturing, QA, and the US Solution Manufacturing team, manages a shift of Manufacturing Associates, maintains inventory and supply, and ensures compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The position requires a relevant bachelor’s degree or 5–8 years of related industrial experience, prior leadership experience in a fast-paced regulated production environment, laboratory and hazardous-chemical handling knowledge, and availability to work any shift, including weekends.
