Description
The Production Supervisor leads and develops hourly production employees, manages daily production schedules and staffing, enforces safety and quality requirements, monitors performance, coordinates training and corrective actions, and supports continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in an office and manufacturing environment with varying physical conditions; a bachelor’s degree and five or more years of general and supervisory experience are preferred.
