Description
The Manufacturing Supervisor oversees assigned manufacturing areas, supervising employees and managing production, quality, compliance, cost, safety, staffing, materials, schedules, budgets, and regulatory documentation. The role requires an associate’s degree or higher in a relevant field, at least three years of manufacturing or related experience, and supervisory experience; candidates without a degree may be considered with six or more years of direct supervisory experience. The position works a 10:45 pm to 7:15 am shift in a manufacturing environment involving clean rooms, gowning, and office work, with PPE and physical requirements for standing and lifting up to 20 pounds.
